- Previous school report cards (last 2 years)
- Passport-sized photographs (4 copies)

Eligibility
- Pre-School: Ages 3-5 years
- Primary: Ages 6-11 years (Grades 1-6)
- Secondary: Ages 12-16 years (Grades 7-12)
- Class Size: Limited to 30 students per class
